HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK YOUR SERVICES?

We'd recommend that you book with our services 2 months in advance. Available dates are filling up quick and we don't want miss out in capturing your perfect moment!


Note: There will be a 20% deposit to lock in your date.

CAN I REVIEW THE VIDEO BEFORE IT’S FINALIZED?

Yes! The draft cinematic highlight wedding video is sent to you and your partner, privately, to review.

CAN I HELP PICK THE MUSIC FOR THE VIDEO?

Music request can be taken, however due note it is not guaranteed especially due to copyright infringement (if the video will be shared via social media).


We can however use your requested music, just note that depending on the copyright situation, it may only be viewed privately (not on social media/internet).

Our specialized editors are trained to pick the perfect, licensed music that best fits your special moment! Music genre can be discussed between you, your partner and Lao Productions.

HOW LONG DOES PROCESSING TAKE FOR MY PHOTOS AND/OR VIDEOS?

The finished edits of photos and/or videos will be completed and ready for viewing/download in between 2 - 6 weeks after shooting date. We appreciate your patience and will do the best we can to delivery.

DO YOU CHARGE PER HOUR FOR YOUR SERVICES?

We at Lao Productions charge a flat-rate for our services. That flat-rate is determined by several factors of the event (ie. travel fee, how many guests, wedding part size, etc). Which is why we love to talk to you and your partner first to gather all the details.

CAN YOUR WEDDING PACKAGES BE ALTERED?

Yes they are! Our packages can be altered (services can be added or removed) according to what you and your love ones are looking for. We recommend contacting us first to discuss those services.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS AND/OR VIDEOS?

When the photos and/or videos are ready, you will be provided a digital, downloadable link where you and your loved ones can view/download to any computer, phone, and/or laptop.

DO YOU TAKE MONTHLY PAYMENTS?

Yes we do! During the time of booking, we will discuss with you, your options of payments. Depending how far out the event date is, we can discuss breaking down the total cost into increments up to that date. The total must be paid in full the day of the service.
